Hope everyone had a nice day - three day weekends are always a good thing! I had a productive day and while many of my colleagues were at various workshops, some of us worked on professional development at the school...it's always great to have time for collegial sharing.

Next week parent teacher interviews occur on Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons. Parents and guardians, if you haven't already, please phone the school (250-598-3336) and make an appointment to see me. It's one of the most important times in the school year where I can share my early observations with you and we can discuss the progress of your child. I often receive valuable insight in these meetings, that help me plan for your children and their learning needs.

Students, check out the bulletin board by the library on Monday, and show your parent/guardian when they come for their interview! I had a lot of fun taking the pictures and putting the board together - some of you will see yourselves up there!
