Thanks students for being such a receptive audience to the Health Fair this morning, and a big thank you to Melinda, our school counselor, for organizing it. There was a lot of information to digest, but essentially, what's important is that you look after your physical and mental health - eat nutritious food, get 10 - 11 hours sleep a night, have time with your friends and family, and if you have problems you need help with, ask someone you trust.

Tomorrow I will be sending home notices regarding our upcoming field trip to Goldstream - it will be really important to get the forms signed and returned as quickly as possible. We'll also start to learn the Gumboot Dance tomorrow!

Get a good sleep, be present and punctual...and POSITIVE! tomorrow.
